The French Embassies and French institutes in the Nordic countries, the Research Council of Norway and the French/Norwegian foundation are pleased to announce the organization of a Nordic/French H2020 event on rare diseases in Oslo, May 12-13 2016.

This event will present and discuss the coming calls on rare diseases in the 2017-call Societal Challenge 1 – Health, demographic change and wellbeing:

• 1.1. Understanding health, well-being and disease : SC1-PM-03-2017: Diagnostic characterisation of rare diseases;
• 1.2 Treating and managing diseases : SC1-PM-08-2017: New therapies for rare diseases.

Partners from all sectors are welcome; researchers, SME’s, public sector.

Why?

Our mission is to create a meeting place for partners from the Nordic Countries and France in particular – but also for partners from other countries –to collaborate on rare diseases, and to strengthen the participation in H2020-proposals within these calls.

Seminar costs

The seminar, including meals, will be free of charge. The participants cover their own travel and accommodation.

Who can register?

Open to potential partners from all sectors who are interested in collaboration on the rare disease topics in WP 2017 for Health, demographic change and wellbeing. The event is limited to 80 participants. Participants from other countries are welcome to join.
