Nouvelle Vague icon, Jean Seberg moved from conservative midwest to glamorous and decadent Europe during the 50’s. She quickly rose to fame and achieved a cult status amongst French directors before her support of the civil rights movement, bad frequentations, personal problems and some defamation campaigns orchestrated by the CIA put an end to her brilliant career.
