Chloé Charles is one of the rising chefs of French cuisine. At only 30 years old, she is already among the “15 French chefs to be followed” according to the French magazine Madame le Figaro.
She has worked in the famous Parisian restaurant, Septime, ranked as one of the 50 best ones in the world, and has played a pivotal role in the new wave of French bistronomy. She has cooked for celebrities, such as Beyoncé, Jay-Z and the Beckham family, but nowadays as a freelance chef, her focus is on ethics and sustainability.
Highly visible in French media, she exemplifies a new way of thinking gastronomy as an art in which ethics and values are as important as taste.
During this event she will tell about her work and principles. Together we will discuss how everyone can take pleasure in cooking in a conscious, responsible and sustainable way
