I’m going to study in a French university: Interview with Yohann Kermovant; Continuing his studies at the University Paul Sabatier
Yohann Kermovant will soon move to France to continue his studies in computer science at l’université Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France.
My name is Yohann Kermovant, I’m Franco-Finnish and I’ve recently graduated from computer science at the Helsinki Business College. I’ve lived in Finland my entire life and I wish to pursue my studies at the IUT at the University Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France.
Why did you choose to study in France and why Toulouse specifically?
I love French culture and the language, and during the application period in March I sent a lot of applications across the country through the Parcoursup site. I got accepted in different cities such as Paris, Lyon and Toulouse. I heard a lot of good things about Toulouse; it seems like a nice student city.
What are your expectations?
My French is a bit rusty and I’m looking forward to improving my level.
Would you recommend Campus France?
Yes of course, it was very helpful. The website is simple to use, and I wouldn’t have been able to do the application procedure without the support of Campus France.
