French Christmas Market 2026: Apply for a vendor’s spot!

Our beloved Christmas Market is just around the corner – and vendor applications are now open!

The French Institute’s Christmas Market is one of our most anticipated events of the year. Festive, welcoming, and full of charm, it brings together hundreds of visitors each year. The event offers a wonderful opportunity for businesses and artisans, both professionals and hobbyists, to showcase their creations to a Francophile audience.

Whether you sell textiles, home décor, pastries, or gourmet food products, you’re more than welcome to apply for a stand. The only requirement? Celebrate French culture through your products.

The Christmas Market will take place on Sunday, December 13, 2026, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at our premises (Tehtaankatu 27–29 D, Helsinki).

The stand rental fee is €60.

What we offer:

• Access to our France-loving audience in Helsinki, with over 22,000 followers across our different communication channels! Our maximum capacity for the Christmas Market is 700 people over 4 hours.
• On-site: one table (120 cm) and chairs, electrical outlets and Wi-Fi, access to the kitchen. You are free to bring your own equipment.

How to apply?

• Please complete this form no later than November 22, 2026.
• Our selection committee will review the applications and choose the most relevant submissions. You will receive a response no later than November 25.
• If your application is accepted, you will have 7 days to confirm your participation by paying the stand fee. If payment is not received within this period, we reserve the right to offer your stand to another exhibitor.

• Connection to France and/or French culture
• Quality of the products offered
• Respect of the application deadline
