The French Institute of Finland is moving!

The French Institute of Finland is turning a new page, and we’re delighted to announce we’re moving to Tehtaankatu 27-29 D, 00150 Helsinki, starting August 15!

Located in the beautiful district of Punavuori, our new premises will allow us to improve the quality of our services with more spacious classrooms and a more welcoming library, featuring a large exhibition and screening area.

While our address is changing, our mission remains the same: we’ll continue to offer French courses, weekly cultural events, and access to a French-language library.

Our new location is just 15 minutes from Kamppi and the central railway station. It’s easily accessible via tram lines 1, 3, and 6, as well as bus lines 20 and 30, which serve the area.
If you’re coming by car, parking is available on Bulevardi and Lönnrotinkatu.

The Institute will be on the 4th floor. The entrance can be found through the big archway leading to the inner courtyard. Once inside, please take the elevator on the left to the 4th floor. The entrance is also accessible for visitors with reduced mobility.
