The French Language in all of its Forms 2025

As every year, we invite you to our Francophone evening dedicated to the French language — French in All Its Forms — this time with a special focus on the impact of languages on the brain. 

On the program: discoveries, exchanges, and inspiring presentations about French and multilingualism. 

In the second part of the evening, the winning teachers of the best classroom projects will present their work in five minutes. 

Program 

• 5:00 pm – Opening
• 5:10 pm – The Brain Boost: How Language Learning Enhances Cognitive Skills
  Presentation by Jasmine Lefrançois and Stéphane Alati (Institut français de Finlande)
• 5:30 pm – Inclusive Language Through the Brain
  Presentation by Johanna Isosävi (University of Helsinki) 
• 6:00 pm – Teachers take over
  Innovative French-language teaching projects presented by their authors
• 6:30 pm – Closing 

The evening is open to the general public and will be held in French.
